The Vol Hoops community is getting a little more connected.
Registered members can now use Vol Hoops Messenger, our new private member-to-member messaging system built directly into VolHoops.com.
See somebody make a great point on the Message Boards? Want to continue a conversation without taking a thread off topic? Or just want to say hello to another member? You can now send them a private message without ever leaving Vol Hoops.
Messenger includes instant messaging capability, real-time message notifications, optional email alerts and easy access to your conversations from around the site. You’ll find messaging options alongside members’ posts and profiles, while the notification bell will let you know when something new is waiting for you.
And because not everybody wants to be reachable all the time, members remain in control of their own messaging experience, including the ability to mute conversations when desired.
This is another step toward what we want Vol Hoops to become: not simply a place to read and talk Tennessee basketball, but a genuine community of Vol fans.
So find somebody. Send a message.
Vol Hoops Messenger is open for conversation. 🏀🍊📱
